Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AllToolsHere website and to Calendrax, the scheduling tool at alltoolshere.com/calendrax (together, the "services"), operated by AllToolsHere. By using the services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use them for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

• The marketplace lists software tools and deals. Tools made by other companies are provided by those companies under their own terms.
• Calendrax lets you publish booking pages, manage availability and meetings, and optionally connect a calendar such as Google Calendar so meetings are checked for conflicts and added to it.

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including in workspaces and teams you manage. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the services;
• send spam, or use booking pages or emails to mislead, harass or defraud people;
• upload malware, or try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the services, or get around their limits.

You own the content you add — event types, availability, booking questions and the like. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run the services for you. If you collect information from invitees through your booking pages, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for how you use it. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

When you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, your use of it is also subject to that provider's terms. You can disconnect it at any time; Calendrax then stops using it and we revoke our access.

Some features or deals may be paid. Before you pay, we show you the price and what it includes; those details form part of these terms. Taxes may apply.

We work to keep the services available and your data safe, but we do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering Calendrax, we will give account holders reasonable notice to export or save their information.

You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the services at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

The services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed meetings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated terms.
