Who we are

AllToolsHere runs this website, a marketplace of software tools, and Calendrax, the scheduling tool available at alltoolshere.com/calendrax. This policy explains what we collect when you use either of them, why, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@alltoolshere.com.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), username, time zone and, if you add one, a profile photo. Workspace and team names and your role in them.
  • Sign in with Google — if you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We use them to create or sign in to your account.
  • Scheduling data — the event types, availability and settings you create, and the meetings booked with you.
  • Information invitees give — when someone books a meeting on a Calendrax booking page, the name, email address, time zone and anything else they enter (phone number, notes, answers to your questions, guests' email addresses). The host of that meeting sees it.
  • Connected calendars — described in full under Google Calendar and Google user data below.
  • Technical information — for each signed-in session, the IP address and browser it came from, so you can review and end your sessions; server logs used to keep the service secure and working.
  • Marketplace cart — kept in your browser only; it is not sent to us.

How we use it

  • To run Calendrax: show your booking pages, offer only times you are free, book, reschedule and cancel meetings, and send the related emails (confirmations, reminders, cancellations).
  • To keep your account secure: sign-in, email verification, password resets and abuse prevention.
  • To answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Calendar and Google user data

Connecting a Google Calendar is optional. When you connect one, Calendrax asks Google for these permissions and uses them only for the purpose shown:

  • See the list of your calendars — their names, colours and whether you can add events to them, so you can choose which calendars to check for conflicts and which one receives new meetings.
  • See your free/busy times — only the start and end of busy periods in the calendars you chose, so booking pages never offer a time you are already busy. Calendrax cannot see those events' titles, descriptions or attendees.
  • Create, change and delete events — only for meetings booked through Calendrax: the event is added to the calendar you chose (with a Google Meet link when the event type uses Google Meet), moved when the meeting is rescheduled and removed when it is cancelled. Google sends the calendar invitation to the invitee and guests.
  • See your Google account's email address — to show which account is connected.

What we keep. The access tokens Google issues, encrypted; the list of your calendars and your choices for them; and, for each meeting we add to your calendar, the ID of that event so we can update or remove it later. Busy times are held in server memory for at most five minutes to keep booking pages fast, and are never written to our database.

What we never do. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We share it only as needed to provide the features above (for example, meeting details go to the people invited to that meeting), and no person at AllToolsHere reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

AllToolsHere's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access. Disconnect the calendar in Calendrax under Integrations: we revoke our access at Google and delete the stored tokens and calendar list. You can also remove Calendrax at any time from your Google Account permissions. Deleting your Calendrax account does both.

Who else handles your data

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website, the application servers and the database.
  • An email delivery provider that sends Calendrax emails on our behalf.
  • Google, when you use Sign in with Google or connect a Google Calendar.
  • Addresses you configure yourself — for example, a webhook URL you add in Calendrax receives the booking details you chose to send there.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers may process data outside your country. We only use them to provide the service.

Cookies and local storage

Calendrax uses two cookies to keep you signed in. The site also stores a few preferences in your browser — your theme, time zone, selected workspace and marketplace cart. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in Calendrax under Admin center → Security: this deletes your account, the workspaces you own with their event types, bookings and calendar connections, and revokes our access to your connected calendars. Booking details that invitees received by email stay in their inbox. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, email privacy@alltoolshere.com.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and calendar access tokens are encrypted at rest. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects it.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
